AT ASHBRIDGE'S BAY YACHT CLUB

(Upstairs in the Dining Room)

30 Ashbridge's Bay Park Road, Toronto

(South off Lakeshore Road, at Coxwell Ave.)

The meeting, will commence promptly at 11:00 am

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU ATTEND!

Nominations are called for the all positions.  With the exception of the following all current Officers have indicated that they will stand for re-election:

Mark Wolff, Secretary.  – Mark was unable to commit the time necessary to fulfill the role and resigned as of September 2006. Anna Fricker has been fulfilling the Secretaries duties since that time and has been nominated to fill this role.

Jeff Mitchell, VP Specifications. –Jeff has indicated he will not continue in this position and the Class  requires an individual to step forward to assume the duties of the VP Specifications.

NOTE: Any five members of the Association may make nominations, in writing, to the Chairman of the Nominating Committee, John Brunt, via email to the Secretary at secretary@shark24.org , accompanied by a letter of acceptance from the nominee. Volunteers and/or proposers should notify the Nominating Committee, via the Secretary, as soon as possible.
