Hi Dominic I suggest you check out the fees at the Toronto Sailing and Canoe Club web site at tscc.net. You will also have startup costs for mooring lines (say $200), harbour license, radio license, maintenenace (a lot of room for variation here) insurance ($250),gas and oil(typically a tank or two a year).
