I am a beginner sailor and am interested in buying a shark in the $6-10G range. I was wondering if you could tell me about how much it costs a year to keep such a boat in the city, on a mooring. I am interested in all the fees I likely haven't thought of, besides the obvious; mooring, winterizing, insurance, spring tune-up etc. Nothing elaborate; just a ballpark. cheers, Dominic
