Dear Sharkie;
Posted on the
website for your review are the proposed changes to the
Constitution, Rules and Specifications of the International Shark
Class Association as recommended by the Class Specifications
Officer. This is a blacklined version of the current Constitution
with the changes identified against the current text
We also have
posted an explanatory note which summarizes the proposed changes.
The process by which the constitution is amended involves the
Canadian Class circulating the proposed amendments to its members as
well as ISCA circulating the changes to other National Associations
These changes
are being presented for review and feedback from the membership at
large on an informal basis as a first step to this process. We
invite your comments be delivered to
President
or that you be prepared to discuss them at the AGM on February
28
A formal vote
of the membership will be required to implement these changes, and
will be conducted by a mail in vote, once sufficient time has passed
to receive and consider membership comments and feedback, which will
then be presented to ISCA for ratification.
