Popular and fast 24 footer that is easy to handle alone. Well maintained boat comes with reliable 1994 Mercury long-shaft outboard, folding storage cradle and six sails (some pretty perfect; the others perfectly good), including full spinnaker gear. Cabin in great shape with long sleeping berths for two adults plus forward V-berth for one adult or two kids. Lots of storage (removable for racing) plus shore-powered and battery-powered lighting, B&W TV, stove, sink, fresh water system, shore-powered beer fridge (removable for racing). Portable toilet (removable for racing) slides out from under cockpit. Boat was appraised at $6500 when surveyed in 2003. Since then, backstay, main halyard, mainsheet controls, masthead, Windex, battery system, wiring and VHF antenna have been replaced. For a person looking to build a racing shark this would be a great platform. I would be willing to get the boat and deck painted any colour the new owner would like with Awlgrip.
